Mask for Microball Mounting

Mitani's solder paste printing masks have excellent release property by our polishing technology to even out thickness variations.
Solder ball mounting masks are available in two types: for flux printing and for solder ball mounting.
Furthermore, we can offer masks for mounting microballs smaller than 100µm, mainly for wafers.
They are metal masks combining options which serve increasingly diverse mounting technology such as BGA and CSP.

Electroformed metal masks

Metal masks for dot spacers are required to have small apertures of about 30µm and reliability.
Our electroformed metal masks can realize the small apertures and ensure 100 percent opening by our modification technology.
They are also ideal for dot spacer printing for touch panels of smartphones and e-books
which are remarkably rising now.

Laser cut metal masks
